Many men between 18 and 30 are trapped in a rat race, desiring to become millionaires at 30, famous at 25, travel the world at 20, and even have a committed relationship at 15.

I am not saying some of these are impossible. However, every man has his time and seasons.

The one thing they forget is that "Time" is essential. The first three decades (0-30) are a gift, and how they choose to use them will impact the rest of their lives.

I blame Adam for not holding Eve accountable.

I blame Adam for not staying firm in his values and virtues.

I see some men who let their wives misbehave and are afraid to call them out. They permit some things thinking they will go away instead of addressing them.

These men allow their wives to hang out with some nasty friends thinking it will do them good.

Some men have no idea who their wife's friends are and the personality of these friends.

So fathers day is over. To some people, it's until next year they will sit to reflect on the importance of fathers, or even send that text or make that post on social media.

While to others, it could be a day of pain as their father was the source of their pain and trauma. 

I'm sorry if the latter is your situation. For me, father's day is every day. 

I live with the thoughts of my father every day, not only because I am a man but because I understand the importance of a man's presence in a home and society. 

I see society paint men as sinful because a selected few misrepresents the collective. There was little to no restoration in enlightening men to do better or become better men. 

There are many reasons. Some people are quick to say, "The man lacks confidence" I am careful to jump on that.

Some reasons might revolve around social, religious, physical, emotional and psychological reasons.

Some reasons could stem from their previous relationships, a health problem, or he might have been conditioned to fear women. I won't be surprised.
