We learnt how to constantly look at the bigger picture during our marriage counselling each time we have an argument.

When the heat is hot, it can be easy to forget why you are with the person, the texts and calls you made during the first phase, how they made you melt to pieces. 

The butterflies you felt in your stomach melt with lava of anger, discouragement and even sadness. But you have to focus on the big picture.

When I was in Nigeria, as an African man, if a girl smiled at me, I would take that as an invitation to a conversation; when she looked straight into my eyes, that was more than an invitation. 

I don't think I am weird to feel this way because, as Nigerians, we aren't taught how to look at people in the eyes unless we have that awestruck butterflies for that person. 

There are many reasons as to why this social mathematics usually doesn’t favour good men. Most times, good men are the ones who set themselves up for this inevitability.

I have witnessed the failures of a good man. The best thing was that I had my hands tied to my pen, noting down every lesson and teaching myself how to transcend these natural laws.

I evolved into who I am today due to the repetition of painful patterns I decided to break.

In my last video, Love Literacy Part 1, at 4:33, I mentioned that “Love is a social currency where you get to fill up your love account as though it is a financial account.”

When there seems to be chaos, Love isn't what some people want to hear. Humanity enjoys themes around being saved from distress, good prevailing over evil, love conquering all, etc. 

I take a stand to do the needful by promoting love, good, happiness, hope, light, hence why my new favourite colour is white.
